Tomgirl pookies are basically boy pookies who act more stereotypically like girls. For example, they'll wear clothing more commonly worn by girl pookies, like wearing boas or "girly" colors. They'll also often prefer activities that are for some reason gendered towards girls like playing tea party or dressing up like a fairy to activities that are stereotypically gendered towards boys, like playing sports or playing video games.
