Pookie Neutrals are penguins that may or may not do pookieing, but are neutral to the roleplay of pookies. They are mainly normal penguins who are not a hater or a lover. There are no specific items that they wear, they just wear what they want. Mainly they do not abuse/go near pookies, and they tend to leave them alone. They are the penguins in the middle of haters and pookies.
Personality
Pookie Neutrals are pretty much normal users on Club Penguin. They might do pookieing sometimes or they might not. They may also be kind to pookies but not adopt them. They could also be Preps or Forest role players. Many of them don't even know what a pookie is.
